Shipping within Australia

Kind Threads currently ships Australia-wide from Victoria.

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping — $9.95

Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping — $17.50

Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to have your order packed and on its way within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

During busy periods, new releases or sales, dispatch times may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll let you know.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within postcode 3995.

If your delivery address is eligible, the local delivery option will be available at checkout.

We’ll be in touch once your order is ready and to confirm delivery details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin once your order has been dispatched.

While we’ll always do our best to get your Kind Threads order to you as quickly as possible, delays with Australia Post can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking information.

Please allow a little time for your tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@kindthreads.com.au.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address for you. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please get in touch with us at hello@kindthreads.com.au and we’ll help you look into it with Australia Post.
